About the AssignmentWe are looking for a Master Data Specialist who wants to take a central role in a business-oriented data migration within the energy sector. You will act as the migration coordinator from the business side and work hands-on to ensure quality, verify, and improve master data, with a particular focus on maintenance data in EAM. The role involves close collaboration with test management and other key personnel in the project, as well as ongoing dialogue with the business to drive necessary corrections and decisions forward.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and support the data migration work from the business perspective.
- Verify and review migrated data by comparing exports between old and new systems.
- Perform data cleansing and corrections directly in the system, independently and in a structured manner.
- Identify discrepancies, propose corrections, and align with the business.
- Work closely with test management and contribute to ensuring data quality before and during the implementation of new systems.
- Utilize AI tools to streamline analysis, verification, and data cleansing where relevant.
- Process and analyze data in Excel as a basis for validation and follow-up.
- Practical experience working with master data.
- Experience in migration and data validation, including comparison of exports from old and new systems.
- Ability to work hands-on with data cleansing and corrections directly in the system.
- Experience in maintenance operations and working with maintenance data in EAM.
- Good familiarity with using AI tools to optimize and streamline work.
- Strong skills in Excel for data management and analysis.
- Ability to work in a structured and persistent manner and drive work forward.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach in dialogue with the business.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience with SAP.
- Experience in EPPM environments.
